Description:
The device is a fully automatic cleaning line, operator manual feeding the workpiece, the with Ultrasonic rough cleaning--ultrasonic precision clean-- high pressure spray washing --ultrasonic rinsing, after cleaning process operator will using compressed air to dry well, then to removed the workpiece. Composition
The Wash machine consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning sub-tank, cleaning master tank, stainless steel circulation filtration system, automatic temperature control heating systems, hot air drying system, manipulator, frame, electrical control system, feeding station, closed cover, etc.
